Tax sale information is scattered across thousands of county websites, newspaper notices and auction platforms. We put the dates in one place for free.

How we build the calendar. We read county treasurer, tax collector, clerk and sheriff pages, plus the legal notices counties must publish. Every sale on the site links to the page it came from and shows the day we last checked it. A weekly check looks at each source page and flags any change for review, and we look again shortly before each sale.

What we don't do. We don't sell courses, coaching or seminars, and nothing here leads to an upsell. We don't copy parcel lists from private auction platforms or from sites whose terms forbid it. We link to them instead. We never guess a date: if a county hasn't posted its next sale, we say so.
