How to bid
Register as a bidder before the sale (the county's tax lien information names GovEase, with name, mailing address, phone and SSN or EIN; each name needs its own bid number). Bidding runs down from 16% and the lowest interest rate wins. Payment is due by 5:00 p.m. Arizona time the Monday after the sale. No deposit is mentioned. The county posts a nightly-updated list of available liens.
