How to bid: Bidders must register online in advance; registration dates are advertised for each tax year. In 2026 bidders created an account on the auction website and registered for the St. Tammany Parish auction (July 1 at 8 a.m. to July 22 at 12 p.m.); bidding ran 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on auction day. The Sheriff calls the sale a 'buyer beware' environment. Deposit: not stated.
