- In-person sale in the Municipal Council Chambers. All bidders must pre-register and give the Tax Collector's Office a registration sheet and a W-9, both with original signatures, and must be pre-registered to enter the building (for the 2025 sale, registration was due December 16). The sale list is advertised in the Star-Ledger and posted on the town website. Deposit, premium and payment rules are not stated on the town page.
