- Based on the Town's rules of conduct for the June 17, 2026 sale: bidders registered ahead at the Tax Collector's office with a registration form (including picture ID), an Affidavit of Conformance and a W-9; registrants who did not complete the forms by the deadline were not issued a number. Paddles and numbered balls were picked up the morning of the sale, and the auctioneer drew numbers. Successful bidders paid the full price in cash or check, payable to Coventry Tax Collector, right after the sale. Location and deposit: not stated.
