How to bid
Bid online in the county's open internet auction on Bid4Assets; all bidders must be registered before the sale starts. A deposit must be completed and received approximately one week before the auction starts, and the deposit and winning bid must be paid by wire transfer or certified check. The minimum bid covers the tax, interest, penalties and foreclosure costs owed to the county. A Treasurer's Tax Deed is issued within 30 days of payment confirmation.
