- Under the most recent sale terms (TS-47, spring 2026), bidding was online through Public Surplus, and all bidders had to register on the Public Surplus website. A bid deposit was held on a credit card (amount listed per property), a 5% buyer's premium applied, and full payment in certified funds was due by a set date. The deed is a quitclaim deed and the Borough does not guarantee clear title. The sale page also says prospective bidders must register in person before bidding, so check the current terms.
