Parcels offered but not sold become available through the Commissioner's post-auction sales 30 days after the auction.

Schedule: They are held once a year in the county where the property is located or in a contiguous county.
How to bid: Attend the live public auction run by the Commissioner of State Lands. The full purchase price is due the day of the auction; cash is not accepted (personal check, cashier's check or money order, or credit/debit card if WiFi service is available at the auction location). No deposit is stated. Sales are final and the state conveys title by a limited warranty deed. Unsold parcels can later be bid on online at auction.cosl.org (the Commissioner's own post-auction site).
