How to bid: Attend the live public auction run by the Commissioner of State Lands. The full purchase price is due the day of the auction; cash is not accepted (personal check, cashier's check or money order, or credit/debit card if WiFi service is available at the auction location). No deposit or registration terms are stated. Parcels cannot be redeemed on the sale date or after. Parcels offered but not sold become available after 30 days through the Commissioner's Post Auction Sales list.
