- How to bid
- Register in person between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. before the Sheriff Sale with a $4,000 deposit and photo ID. For monition (tax) sales the full purchase price is due on sale day by 3 PM. The county does not guarantee clear title; the owner may redeem within 60 days after court confirmation.
