- How to bid
- Bid in person at the annual sale in the Cass County Commission Room. Each parcel goes to the highest bidder at or above the posted minimum price, and payment is cash or check, deposited at once with the Finance Office. Anyone who owes delinquent taxes in any North Dakota county can't be the high bidder. The county issues a county deed, and the former owner can redeem until the sale.
