- Attend in person in the County Commissioners room of the Ramsey County Courthouse. Before the sale begins, complete a notarized tax oath; without it you are not eligible to bid. Each parcel is offered separately and sold to the highest bidder, not for less than the minimum sale price. Payment in full is due upon completion of the sale by cash, check or money order (contract for deed is no longer allowed), plus a $20.00 recording fee per document.
