- The auction is held in the first-floor foyer of the Courthouse at 700 Bank Street, Wallace. You or your representative must attend in person; bid cards are available on auction day. The buyer pays the full amount by cashier's check (exact amount) by 3:00 p.m. on the sale date and must give a name and address for the public record. The county also posts a list of county surplus parcels.
