How to bid: The auction is held at the Valley County Courthouse, 219 N. Main, Cascade. You must be present to take part. Pay by cash, cashier's check, certified check or money order payable to Valley County; personal and business checks are accepted only with a letter of proof of funds from your institution. The Commissioners may reject bids and may sell parcels singly or in bulk. Deposit and minimum bid are not stated.
