How to bid: For the 2026 sale: register by 5:00 pm one week before the auction; the registered person must bid in person (no proxy bidding). Properties go to the highest qualified bidder with no minimum bid, and an accepted bid is binding. Pay by 12:00 noon on sale day by check payable to the Clerk of the District Court, or debit/credit card (2.5% fee); no cash. Recording fees are $21 plus $17 per page after the first. No deposit is stated.
