- How to bid
- For the 2026 sale: register on GovEase ($35 non-refundable fee) by the posted deadline; deposit 5% of the approval amount requested. The registered person must bid personally (no proxy bidding); businesses list authorized bidders and upload a Certificate of Good Standing. Pay in full by 5:00 PM on auction day by wire or ACH through GovEase, plus a 4% buyer's premium and a $38 recording fee per parcel; winners sign a notarized affidavit.
