How to bid: 2026 terms: register online through Absolute Auction & Realty; registrants must owe no delinquent taxes and need a government photo ID (and business paperwork and EIN for a business). Bids are taken online only, the minimum opening bid is $100 per parcel and the highest bid wins. The winner pays a down payment of up to $10,000 or 20% of the final bid, whichever is higher, and the balance at the county office by the posted deadline.
