How to bid: Live, in-person auction at the Warren County Courthouse, Warren County Municipal Center complex, 1340 State Route 9, Queensbury; there is no online bidding. For the 2026 sale, bidder registration began at 8 a.m. and the auction started at 10 a.m. The county points bidders to Auctions International for the property information booklet. Deposit, buyer's premium and payment terms are not stated on the county pages.
