- Oral, in-person auction; no sealed bids. Registration is on auction day from 9 a.m. (limited to 100 participants) and the auction begins at 10 a.m.; for the December 2025 sale bidders also had to register online beforehand and show proof of funds equal to 20 percent of the minimum bid at check-in. 20% of the listed minimum bid is due as a nonrefundable deposit at the time of sale in cash or cashier's check payable to Clackamas County (no personal or business checks or money orders); final payment was due within two business days.
