Schedule: Auctions are regularly in October/November.
How to bid: Sealed bid. Submit the parcel's bid form with 10% of the bid as earnest deposit before the bid due date and time; the Treasurer or a designee opens and reads the bids in the Dane County Treasurer's Office at the bid opening. The balance is due within ten days of the award notice, in cash or cashier's check. Each parcel has a posted minimum bid. Property is sold as is by quit claim deed.
