How to bid: Register with GovEase, which handles bidder registration and accepts all deposits for the county's online auctions. You must register to bid. The minimum bid is the amount needed to pay off taxes, fees and costs. Title passes when the Registrar-Recorder records the Tax Deed to the purchaser, about 60 to 70 days after the auction. For the 2026A auction the county required a deposit of $5,000 or 10 percent of the bidder's spend limit, whichever is greater; the deposit for the December follow-up auction is not stated on the schedule page.
