Create a free Bid4Assets account and send a $5,000 deposit plus a $35 non-refundable Bid4Assets processing fee, received no later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific one week before the sale; bidders must be at least 18. No bid below the minimum is accepted, and bidding goes up in increments of $100 or higher until the parcel is sold to the highest bidder.
