How to bid: 2026 terms: register as a bidder and pay a $1,000.00 advance bid deposit plus a non-refundable $35.00 processing fee before the deadline. The auction is conducted online by Grant Street Group at sdttc.mytaxsale.com. The highest bidder pays in full within five business days of the close of the auction by wire transfer or bank-issued cashier's check. Title passes when a Tax Deed is recorded.
