Instructions are at bid4assets.com/sonoma. Successful bidders pay by cashier's check, wire transfer or electronic funds transfer, and a bidder who fails to complete a purchase forfeits any deposit. The property list is published in the Press Democrat three times, once weekly, before the auction. Properties are sold as is and all sales are final; deposit amount not stated.
