Create an account, then register for the Hancock County sale specifically (SRI: 800-800-9588). Parcels close in batches. The minimum bid is the total of all delinquencies, the tax sale fee and the current year taxes. Payment is by cash, cashier's check, certified funds or wire transfer; no personal checks. In 2026, payment was due by noon on the Tuesday after the sale.
