How to bid: The 2026 sale was an electronic sale at zeusauction.com. Bidders register and view listings through the Zeus Auction site, and each property has its own closing time posted on the auction site. Deposits and fees are not stated on the county pages. Properties sold at the spring Commissioners' sale have a 120-day redemption period.
