How to bid: The county tax sale is held in person in the Multi-Purpose Room in the basement of the Community Center Building, 317 S. Wayne St., Angola, and continues until all tracts have been offered. Register online through SRI, or on the morning of the sale if you have no internet access; arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to get a bid number, and bring the registration form and a W-9 if you registered online. Updates are posted on SRI's site before the sale. Deposit and fees are not stated. To redeem, call the Auditor's Office for the amount; only certified funds are accepted, payable to the Steuben County Treasurer.
