- The sale is conducted entirely online, with no in-person sale. Bidders register on the vendor's auction website during the posted window and pay a non-refundable $100 paddle fee for the treasurer sale; the commissioners sale charged $600 ($100 paddle fee plus $500 applied toward the minimum bid).
