How to bid: Properties with taxes delinquent two or more years go to a Chancery Court-ordered public auction held in the Montgomery County Courts Center; the property goes to the highest cash bidder. Pay by cashier's check or cash, in full within 2 hours of the end of the sale. All sales are final, and Trustee's Office employees and their relatives may not bid. The owner, lien holder or heirs may redeem for one year from the decree confirming the sale.
