Register online with a bank account; payment is by ACH or wire from that registered account, in one installment within 1 business day of the close of the auction ($15 fee for wires). The sale is court-ordered: the redemption period starts when the court enters the Order Confirming the Tax Sale, redemption interest is 12% per annum, and redemptions are made at the Chancery Court Clerk's office.
