- Bid in person at the live auction at the front door of the Loudoun County Courthouse in Leesburg, or submit a written bid before the auction with the deposit and required certification (bid form from the Special Commissioner). Register with county staff before bidding starts, show proof of funds for each parcel's advertised minimum deposit, and certify you own no Loudoun property with delinquent taxes or violations. Sales are subject to Circuit Court confirmation; the balance is due within 30 days after confirmation.
