How to bid: Online tax lien auction on GovEase; register on GovEase and submit a 10% deposit. Bidding on each lien starts at no more than 12% interest and drops in 1% steps toward 0%; each lien is open 30 seconds, and ties at 0% are broken by a random number generator. Pay GovEase by e-check, ACH or wire no later than one hour before close of business on the final day. Redemptions go through the Revenue Commissioner's office in certified funds, with a $10 redemption fee.
