- How to bid
- Online-only tax lien auction on GovEase. Registration opens 30 days before the auction and applications are made through GovEase. Bids run from a 12% maximum down to 0% (simple interest per annum, prorated monthly). Payment in full by cash, certified funds or wire is due at least one hour before the end of sale day; credit cards are not accepted. Interest stops on the day of redemption, and a lien expires if foreclosure is not started within ten years.
