How to bid: Register through GovEase.com; registration opens 3 to 4 weeks before the auction. Bids are placed online through GovEase during the auction and are based on the lowest interest rate accepted by the bidder, starting at 12%. Fees listed are a $20 origination fee, $20 auction fee and $5 certificate fee. Payment is due within one hour after the final auction close. Redemption is made through the Revenue Commissioner (unless foreclosure is filed). Deposit: not stated.
