- How to bid
- The sale is held entirely online at Public Surplus; bidders must register there before the day of the sale. Bidders may submit a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) once bidding opens, and the minimum bid charge is held on the card when the first bid is placed; the hold is released if you lose or after the winner wires the full winning bid. No bid below the total of taxes, interest, penalty and administrative costs is accepted. The Auditor's Office does not give technical support for the auction site. Properties are sold as is, where is.
