- How to bid
- Bidders must register on the Public Surplus website before the sale. The list of delinquent properties is published four weeks before the sale and updated as properties are redeemed. An owner's property can be redeemed by paying the Sanpete County Treasurer all delinquent taxes, interest, penalties and administrative costs before the sale starts. Deposit and payment terms are not stated on the county's page.
