- Held online; bidders register through Public Surplus (linked from the county page). An anchor location was set at 60 N. Main Street, Coalville (Conference Room 1). Properties not redeemed by March 15 after four years of delinquency go into the annual sale; the list is posted online about four weeks before the sale and advertised in the Park Record and Summit News once a week for four weeks. Excess sale proceeds are treated as unclaimed property. Deposit and payment method are not stated on the tax sale page.
