- Per the 2025 investor instructions: pre-register with the Treasurer ($25.00 application fee) with a registration form, Form W-9 and a signed blank check; registration is not accepted on sale day. The sale is in person in a round-robin format, with bidder numbers handed out at check-in. Each certificate carries a $20 fee that is not refunded on redemption. Deposit: not stated.
