- Per the 2026 tax sale information sheet: pre-registration is mandatory with a $25.00 non-refundable application fee, due by 5 p.m. the Friday before the sale; submit it to the Treasurer's Office with a Form W-9 and a signed blank check. The sale is in person in a round robin format; no telephone, fax or online purchases are allowed, and one person may not represent more than one company. Each certificate carries a $25 fee (not refundable on redemption) plus a $20 advertising fee. Deposit: not stated.
