- Pre-registration is required with a $25.00 nonrefundable application fee; registration fees are not accepted on the day of the sale. Return the buyer registration form, a Form W-9 and a signed blank check before the sale. On sale day draw a number on the first floor and sign in on the third floor; doors open at 8:15 a.m. Bidding is round robin in descending order of amount; a representative absent when called is treated as passing, and one person may not represent more than one company. Each certificate carries a $25.00 fee that is not refunded on redemption. The delinquent list can be bought for $25.00 until 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the sale. Deposit: not stated.
