- Send a Scotts Bluff County Tax Sale Registration Form with the $25.00 registration fee to the Treasurer's Office by the Thursday before the first Monday in March. The sale is in Round Robin format, with bidder numbers assigned by a random generator and parcels offered from high dollar to low dollar. A $20.00 fee is charged for each certificate sold. Pay by cashier's check or money order (personal check only with a bank letter of credit); no fax or telephone purchases. Interest earned is 14%. Deposit: not stated.
