- The Treasurer's Office may conduct at least one tax auction per year, usually in Spring.
- How to bid
- Register online through the Treasurer's Real Property Tax Auction page or in person at the Treasurer's Office, with a $5,000.00 registration deposit per bidder in certified funds (cash, cashier's check, wire or money order). Registration is limited to 280 bidders. Only the registered bidder may bid, showing a bidder card; parcels are offered one at a time in the order of the published list. Pay in full at the Treasurer's Office by the stated time. There is no redemption period after the auction; properties are sold as is.
