- The Treasurer's Office conducts one Real Estate Tax Auction annually
- How to bid
- Register at the Treasurer's office starting at 9:00 am two business days before the auction, with a valid photo ID and a $500 pre-bid deposit in certified funds; registration closes at 5:00 pm Tuesday. You must be present to bid, and bidders get their numbers before the auction starts. The property list is available by the end of February.
