Schedule: the Tax Sale that occurs in the County the 3rd Monday in June each year.

How to bid: Per the county's 2025 Terms of Sale (check for a newer version before relying on it): an online public auction at harford.marylandtaxsale.com; bidders registered between May 16 and June 6, 2025 by noon with a $100 refundable fee, and winning bidders paid a $10.00 auctioneer fee. Interest on redemption is 12% a year on the amount the purchaser paid on the day of the sale.
