Format: In person
Schedule: Publication for the Resale to be held the 2nd Monday in June.
How to bid: Based on the 2026 notice: pre-register at the County Treasurer's Office in the weeks before the sale (registration also continues at the sale location from 7:30 a.m. on sale day). Bidders must be 18 or older. Payment is due at the time of the sale; the 2026 notice required cash at the sale and set earlier cutoffs for wires and cashier's checks. Bids rise in minimum $100 increments.
