How to bid
Bidders or a representative must be present; mail, phone or faxed bids are not accepted. The opening bid is the tax due plus penalties and all other applicable fees, and a Sheriff's Tax Deed (not the property) is sold to the highest bidder. Payment is due in full within two hours of the end of the sale, in cash, certified funds or money order only. Registration and deposit are not stated on the page read; for properties not on the list, call 478-621-6500 and ask for the Levy Department.
