The high bidder has one hour to pay in cash, certified check or cashier's check; unpaid property may be re-offered at 2:00 p.m. that day or 10:00 a.m. the next day. Buyer beware, sold as is. The Tax Commissioner does not sell tax fi. fas. to third parties. Registration and deposit: not stated.
