Schedule: Tax sales are held on the first Tuesday of each month for the months in which we plan a tax sale at the Superior Court Plaza between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
How to bid: Pre-register before sale day using the county's pre-registration form, then get a bidder card at the Superior Court Plaza between 9:00 and 10:00 AM on sale day with a valid photo ID. Bidding is in person only (no mail, phone or fax bids) and opens at the taxes, penalties and costs due. Pay the full amount in cash or by certified check payable to Cobb County Tax Commissioner when the sale concludes.
