The successful bidder must pay the full bid in legal tender (cash, cashier's check or money order) to the County Tax Collector by 5:00 pm the day of the sale; a bidder who fails to pay is liable for $500.00 per bid. Properties are sold as-is and all sales are final; the county strongly encourages bidders to seek legal advice first.
