How to bid
Submit the 2026 Bidder Application linked from the Delinquent Tax page. Per the county's most recent readable bidder sheet (for the December 3, 2024 sale), registration cost $25.00, the sale was an open bid sale using numbered bidder cards, the opening bid (made for the Forfeited Land Commission) covered delinquent taxes, penalties, costs and current-year taxes, all bids had to be paid at the close of the sale in cash or certified funds, and each sold property carried a $450.00 title search and deed preparation charge.
